Shawnee scored eight goals in the second period as they routed Holy Cross 10-0 in SJHSIHL action played at the Igloo on Monday night. Jesse Pagliuso and Lawrence Walker each had a hat trick to pace the offensive attack. Vinny Misiewicz added two goals for the Renegades. The lead was just 2-0 after the first period as Michael Peccini and Walker both found the net in the opening period.

Shawnee wasted little time in the second period as Pagliuso scored twice in the first three minutes to double the lead to 4-0. Shawnee has won 3 in a row since losing 8-2 to Williamstown and the offense is starting to click, as they are averaging 8 goals per game during this streak. Looking ahead for Shawnee they have a tough stretch of games in November as they play Moorestown, Cherokee, Clearview and a new team added to the league, Washington Township over a 4 week period.

Andrew Rizzo scored his first goal of the season in the period and 2 by Walker, 2 by Misiewicz and Pagliuso completing his hat trick led to the 10-0 final. League rules have the game ended with a 10 goal lead after two periods or anytime in the third.
