Two minutes later Austin Haslett scored a power play goal and the lead was 5-0. Goals by Smith, Frank Hughes and Randy Smith had the lead to 8-0 after two periods.

Bradley Pedito got Holy Cross on the board with about five minutes left in the game as he scored a short-handed goal to make it 8-1. Patrick Curiale scored his seventh of the season for Township in the final minute to close out the scoring.
