Dom Salerno had a hat trick and Mike Moss added two goals and two assists as Kingsway defeated Williamstown 6-2 on senior night at Hollydell. Clearly the two best players on the ice tonight, both created numerous scoring opportunities when they were on the ice. Moss opened the scoring just three minutes into the game. Then with Williamstown on the power play with a chance to tie the game, Salerno jumped on a loose puck and scored short-handed with five minutes left in the period and a 2-0 advantage.

Williamstown would cut the lead to 2-1 early in the second period this time capitalizing on the power play as Nick Scardusio put home a rebound and the lead was just 2-1. Later in the period Williamstown would have a two-man advantage and a great chance to tie the score at the least, but Moss would score on a breakaway and the lead was 3-1. Early in the third period Salerno would score his second of the night, this one on the power play and Kingsway enjoyed a 4-1 lead. Midway through the period Williamstown would get a goal from Jake Elliott, his second of the season to cut the lead to 4-2. Just about one minute later Moss sent a nice cross ice pass to Joe Bene right along the side of the goal and he buried it for a 5-2 lead. Salerno would complete his hat trick with about six minutes left in the game, scoring the third short-handed goal of the night, his 22nd of the season to finish the scoring.
