We are just starting November and so far it’s been an interesting start. First we have a new team from Philadelphia, PPACS. They have struggled so far as was to be expected. They have a young team and will continue to develop. It’s always a gamble when you pull the goalie and making sure it’s the right time and most coaches will say it’s a feel on how the flow is going and most importantly where is the face-off. Cherokee struck early as Jack Ellis would give them a 1-0 lead scoring his second of the season 49 seconds into the game. Elias Sulpizio would tie the game for Moorestown scoring on a short-handed breakaway five minutes into the second period.
