Cherry Hill East improved to 9-1 on the season as they defeated Clearview 4-1 in the late game played at Hollydell on Friday night. With the game tied at 1-1, Johnny Pearson sped down the right side and scored his ninth goal of the season to give East the lead for good. Luke Steele would make it 3-1 in the final thirty seconds of the period on a feed from Pearson.

Early in the third period Cherry Hill would take advantage of Clearview being down two men as Anthony Musciano would score on the power play and the lead was 4-1. Luke Martini would keep the View off the board the rest of the way and East would increase their lead to three points over St Joe’s for the top spot in Tier II.
