Cherry Hill East ended the regular season with a 3-1 win over Clearview in the season finale and finished atop the Tier II bracket with a 17-2-2 record. Johnny Pearson, Jack Amon and Sean McKenna scored the goals for Cherry Hill East with Christopher Geary spoiling the shut-out for Luke Martini scoring with less than three minutes left in the game. East will look to defend their Tier II title, and once again their biggest threat will be the team they beat in the finals last year, HLV.

The teams played three times with Cherry Hill winning twice and there was one tie. For the season HLV averaged four goals per game, in the 3 games against East they averaged 3 goals per game and will need to improve upon that if they want to dethrone Cherry Hill.
