Luke Dobbs had a hat trick and Anthony DeFrancisco added two goals as Moorestown ended the regular season with a 13-0 romp over Lower Cape May in action played at Voorhees. The Quake put the game away with an eight goal second period as Moorestown finished the regular season in first place in Tier I and will be the top seed in the tournament and will open against Washington Township. Goals by Dobbs and Andrew Jordan twenty two seconds apart gave Moorestown a 2-0 lead just four minutes into the game. 

Jack Dunston and Sean Humes would score goals twenty nine seconds apart at the ten minute mark and the lead was 4-0. DeFrancisco connected on the power play with three minutes left in the period and a 5-0 lead. Dobbs would get two in the second period and also scoring were Robert Wildish, DeFrancisco, Christian Romeo, Zach McEvoy, Mike O’connell and Charlie Banquier as Moorestown would end with a flourish. The playoffs begin on Friday and Moorestown will look to end the reign of Eastern as the Vikings are defending champs.
