Jack Amon scored two goals as Cherry Hill East stayed alive in the Tier II playoffs with a 3-1 win over Clearview in the double elimination tournament. The loss eliminated the View and ended their season. After a scoreless first period Amon gave East a 1-0 lead with less than five minutes left in the second period with Nick Carr getting the assist. Less than four minutes later Johnny Pearson would make it 2-0 with Thomas Papa getting the helper. Early in the third period the lead became 3-0 as Amon would score a power play goal with Pearson and Papa getting the assists.

The View would get their only goal thirty seconds later, also on the power play as Thomas Rockey would get his third of the playoffs to get the View to within 3-1. East will now meet HLV and must beat them twice in order to be the champs. First chance will come Friday night at Voorhees.
