Kristian Massanova scored three goals and Eastern used a quick start in the first period to get past Moorestown 7-3 in Tier I playoff action at Voorhees. The Vikings would jump out to a 4-0 lead less than seven minutes into the first period. After Luke Ravitz would connect just over one minute into the game on a feed from Massanova, goals by Kristopher Zapata and Massanova forty-four seconds apart had the lead to 3-0. The lead became 4-0 as the Vikings capitalized on the power play with Ethan Raeuber scoring and Luke Riley and Sean Pomerantz getting the assists. 

Moorestown would break through in the second period as Samuel Byrd-Leitner scored twice in a span of five minutes to cut the lead in half at 4-2. Massanova would push the lead to 5-2 with under four minutes remaining in the period and despite two more chances on the power play, the Vikings could not capitalize and took that lead into the third period. Luke A. Riley would make it 6-2 at the four-minute mark with Ryan Karbach and Adan Plank getting the helpers. Moorestown would have a two-man advantage and would convert on the power play as Zachary McEvoy score to cut the lead to 6-3. Late in the period with the goalie pulled Massanova completed his hat trick and the scoring for the game and the Vikings move on to play Cherokee.
