TRENTON, N.J., -- The Trenton Devils rebounded from their four-game losing streak in the previous week to earn five crucial points on the road against South Division teams. The Devils defeated the South Carolina Stingrays and Charlotte Checkers in regulation and lost to the Gwinnett Gladiators in a shootout. The Devils return with a home and home against the Reading Royals Friday and Saturday, and play the Cincinnati Cyclones at home Sunday afternoon.

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C., -- In a stark contrast from their last matchup, the goalies put on a show with Gerald Coleman coming out on top for the Trenton Devils in a 2-1 win over the South Carolina Stingrays Friday night. The Chicago native made 39 saves for Trenton, including 13 stops in the third period to snap the Devils’ four game losing streak and keep them within two points of a playoff spot.

TRENTON, N.J., -- The Trenton Devils had a memorable week in which they went 3-0-0-1 at home to push them up to third place in the ECHL’s American Conference, North Division. The week was highlighted by the retirement of Scott Bertoli’s No. 19 jersey and an offensive display against the South Carolina Stingrays Saturday night. The Devils will see just one opponent in three games this week, the Wheeling Nailers.

TRENTON, N.J., -- The Trenton Devils were able gain ground on the fourth-place Wheeling Nailers with three wins last week, placing them one point out of fourth place in the ECHL’s American Conference, North Division. The Devils will have an opportunity to move into a playoff position this week with four games at home: Wednesday against the Reading Royals, Friday and Sunday against the Nailers, and Saturday night against the South Carolina Stingrays. Before Saturday’s night game, the Devils will honor Scott Bertoli, as his No. 19 jersey will be raised to the rafters of Sovereign Bank Arena.

TRENTON, N.J., -- Jeff Prough's late power play goal lifted the Trenton Devils to a 3-2 win over the Wheeling Nailers Wednesday night. Devils center Jim Henkel also reached a milestone with his 300th career point. Prough scored the game-winner with 1:45 left in regulation, while the Devils were on a four-minute power play. The double-minor was given to Andrew Lord for high-sticking Dan Eves. Prough took a loose puck from the near corner and roofed a shot over the right shoulder of Nailers goaltender Curtis Darling to seal the deal for Trenton. The goal was Prough's 19th of the season, which leads the Devils.
