What a game on Monday night! The SkateZone was packed and it was a competitive game. Cherokee took the lead early on in the game but Shawnee showed a lot of team spirit and kept it together. Shawnee always comes on strong in the end and they proved themselves in this game coming from a big goal deficit to win the game. The last match up started out the same way, Cherokee with the early lead and Shawnee making a comeback...unfortunately time ran out for Shawnee and they fell short. And, how about that Freshman goalie for Shawnee -- good showing the first game and this past game, he kept it together to get the win for Shawnee. Cherokee comes out strong and Shawnee finishes strong....it makes for some very entertaining and exciting hockey, to say the least!
