Mike C, I agree with all that you said. Sean is talented, but don't believe his numbers prove he is more talented than some of the other top scorers based on his style of play, and i guess that was my point. i just think he would have better served his team if he played for the team and not his stats. maybe he didn't cherry-pick the last two games because he met his goal of breaking the record and he also was aware that people are commenting on that habit. personally, as for playoffs, i think washington twp and moorestown are going to be the two teams to beat because they have a strong deep bench, in both offense and defense, unlike a couple of the other teams that are in the running. cherokee is very strong defensively and if they can keep the other teams from scoring, they have a shot. cinnaminson and holy cross seem to run hot and cold and i havent quite figured out why. as for eastern, they have a really short bench and are strong with offense but are weak defensively. RV seems to have a similar situation, although they do have two goaltenders if one is having a bad game. but like you say anything can happen, only time will tell!

so congrats to flemming on 110 points on the season but being bored i stumbled upon Jeff Locke's stats form back in 1994 i know thats a long time ago but it was still the same league and well he had 111 points with 76 goals and 35 assists so to be exact so the league scoring record is still unbroken only if the sjhsihl website could date back that far http://www.vikingsicehockey.com/1993varstats.JPG theres the link for it if there's any concern just sayin good luck to everyone in playoffs

ha HOB, i bet if you had posted that bit of info about Jeff Locke before the regular season was over, fleming would have somehow coindicentally broken that record too!

Well you were correct about one thing, Locke did score 111 points in one season, the difference is they he did it while playing in 2 Leagues. I spoke with his coach as we want to be accurate and fair and his stats that year were combined total between two leagues. So Fleming does hold the SJHSIHL record for points in a season.
