With only six skaters Seneca was in the game until the final three minutes as Eastern pulled away for a 6-3 win. Scott Parker led Seneca with two goals. Eric Miller put the Vikings ahead 1-0 just four minutes into the game, and after Parker’s first goal on the power play tied the score at 1-1, Bill Bascou gave Eastern the lead for good with Miller getting the assist.
