The West Deptford lone goal came from Matt Asselta. With the win Moorestown remained tied with Shawnee for the top spot in the division.
Rancocas Valley scored three unanswered goals in the third period as they rallied to beat Cinnaminson 6-4 at the Igloo. Mike Walsh had a hat trick for RV. Cinnaminson led 2-1 after the first period on the strength of goals by Sean Joyce and the first of two by Donald Rudd. Andrew Heinz had a power play goal for Rancocas Valley. After Todd Stewart tied the game at 2-2 early in the second period, Cinnaminson would take a 4-2 lead on goals by Justin Nugent and Rudd’s’ second. Walsh would cut the lead to 4-3scoring an unassisted goal in the final two minutes of the period. After Kyle Rodier and Sean Fleming set-up Walsh’s tying goal early in the third period, Fleming scored the game winner, short-handed with Walsh getting the assist. Fleming returned the favor later in the game as he set-up Walsh for his third goal and RV moved one point out of the top spot in the tough North Division.
