Moorestown built a 3-0 lead and had to hang to defeat Cinnaminson 3-2 in SJHSIHL action played at the Skate Zone in Voorhees. Chris Carnivale scored the lone goal of the first period to give Moorestown a 1-0 lead. Early in the second period Alec Nicolai broke in with Eric Schwartz on a 2-on 1 as Nicolai drew over the defenseman; he slid the puck to Schwartz who buried the shot for his sixth goal of the year and a 2-0 lead.

Nicolai deflected appoint shot by Brian Glodowski as Moorestown built the lead to 3-0, and with Tyler Griffis not allowing any rebounds, the lead looked safe. But with just over five minutes left in the game Garrett McLaverty has his shot bank off the crossbar and into the net and Cinnaminson had life at 3-1. McLaverty would notch his second goal of the game with just over one minute remaining, but Griffis shut the door and Moorestown held on for the 3-2 victory.
