Doug Sanders had a hat trick and Austin Haslett added two goals as Washington Township defeated Black Horse 7-2 at the Skate Zone in Voorhees. Haslett opened the scoring three minutes into the game with Frank Hughes getting the assist. Sanders scored his first of three less than two minutes later for a 2-0 lead.

After Haslett made it 3-0 at the six minute mark Black Horse got on the board as Nick Kilcourse scored an unassisted goal to cut the lead to 3-1. Sanders restored the three goal lead scoring a goal in the final two minutes for a 4-1 advantage. Sanders completed his hat trick scoring five minutes into the second period and a goal by Eric Dale late in the period had the lead at 6-1. John Kennedy scored a power play goal early in the third period for Black Horse to make it 6-2 and Matteo Jordan scored about one minute later to close out the scoring. The teams spent the rest of the period committing 12 penalties.
