Max Ramos stopped 29 shots and did not allow a goal after the first period as Clearview defeated Washington Township 3-2 in a game played at the Skate Zone in Voorhees. With the game moved from Hollydell due to crowd concerns, the game was delayed due to no one bothered to tell the officials about the switch. After Township took a 1-0 lead five minutes into the game as Shane Moffatt put home a rebound of a shot by Doug Sanders, Clearview tied the score just about two minutes later with David Hall getting the equalizer.

Fifteen seconds later Clearview took a 2-1 lead on a nice give and go with Eric Lauk benefitting on the pass from Mike Vulpio. Township would tie the score at 2-2 as Frank Hughes would score on a power play in the final minute of the period. Matt Bishop would give Clearview a 3-2 lead scoring his team high eleventh of the season four minutes into the second period.

Ramos would make several big saves in the period, including one on Austin Haslett down low, late in the period to keep the game at 3-2 heading into the final stanza. Early in the third period Township had a 3-on1-break and Ramos stoned Moffatt to keep the lead. After failing to convert on the power play midway through the period, Township would pull the goalie in the final minute, but could not get one by Ramos and Clearview skated off with the win.
