Andrew Dolan scored two goals, one on the power play and one short-handed as the EEW defeated Cinnaminson 4-1 in an opening round game in the Tier II playoff double elimination tournament. After Cinnaminson scored the lone goal of the first period, Peter Selnek scoring unassisted at the 3 minute mark, the EEW tied the score in the opening minute of the second period with Zach Bieriq getting a power play goal with Dolan and Sam Amon getting the assists.

Peter Laviolette put the EEW ahead for good at the three minute mark with Luke Hussey getting the lone assist. The EEW peppered goaltender Stephen Renshaw with 48 shots total in the game, and he was able to keep Cinnaminson in the game. The game was just 2-1 heading into the third period when Dolan capitalized on the man advantage early in the period to make it 3-1. Then with his team down a man, and the goalie pulled, Dolan found the empty net and his short-handed goal ended any hope of a comeback.
