Middle Township had its season end, but not without a great effort, with just 7 skaters, they were in the game until the very end. Altbaum made a game saving stop on Dom Donoflio with just seconds left in regulation.

Donoflio gave Middle Township a 1-0 lead scoring in the game’s opening minutes, Frangos would tie the score at 1-1 less than one minute later. Township took a 2-1 lead into the second period on a goal by Phillip Kovalevevsky. St Joe’s would rally scoring twice in the second period. First Jason Fulcher would tie the score at 2-2 midway through the period. Then on the power play Anthony Lovell gave his team a 3-2 lead with just six seconds left in the period.

The third period was scoreless, with both teams having chances; Township had 2 power play opportunities, but failed to capitalize as Altbaum made several big saves to preserve the win.
