Jesse Viggiano had two goals and two assists to help lead EEW over Williamstown 7-0 on Monday night at Voorhees. Williamstown could only muster 7 shots on goal and Mike Verdecchio stopped all seven for his first shutout of the season. Max Guralnick added two goals for the EEW. Viggiano set-up Guralnick five minutes into the game as the EEW led 1-0. Viggiano would score the next two goals in a fourteen second span, late in the period and the EEW led 3-0 after one period.
Defenseman Brian Stamm would get his first goal of the season three minutes into the second period, with Alex Deitch getting the assist and the lead was 4-0. Williamstown had two men in the box at the six minute mark and EEW took advantage with Sam Amon making a nice cross-ice pass to Jason Fisch, who had the whole left side of the net to deposit his first goal of the year. Andrew Bowen scored an unassisted goal with just under six minutes left in the period and EEW led 6-0. Guralnick scored his second of the night with about three minutes left in the game to close out the scoring.
