Chris Cozzan had a hat trick and Matt Kammerer and Riley Griffith added two goals each as Washington Township blew past Mainland 13-0 in play at the Skate Zone. Township scored seven goals in the opening period and never looked back. Getting goals from nine different players had to make Coach Glick happy as Township continued its strong play and maintained its lead over Cherokee.
Township would score four goals in a six minute span of the first period with Griffith and Cozzan scoring just over one minute apart and Kammerer scoring his two just a few minutes later. Donovan Haslett and Brandon Balsama added one goal and three assists each for the Minutemen as they await their Friday night date with Cherokee.
