Zachary Faust scored four goals as Black Horse defeated Riverfront 6-3 in a penalty filled contest at the Skate Zone in Voorhees. The teams evenly divided 22 penalties, which is five more then the last time these two teams met back in November. Faust would score the only goal of the first period with just over five minutes left to put Black Horse up 1-0. Early in the second period Faust would connect twice in the opening five minutes as Black Horse built a 3-0 lead. Gavin Dierkhising would cut the lead to 3-1 scoring his fifth of the season.
Faust would score a short-handed goal late in the period to make it 4-1, but Patrick Willever scored on the power play to bring Riverfront to within 4-2 after two. Matt Meldrum scored early in the third period to give Black Horse a 5-2 advantage and Zach Williber would score unassisted with just over two minutes left to make it 6-2. Riverfront would get a short-handed goal in the final moments from Jake Horne to close out the scoring.
