Cherry Hill JVA team improved to 3-0 on the season getting a power play goal from Sam Stoffman early in the second period and Jordan Hauler stopped all 18 shots as Cherry Hill defeated Cherokee 1-0 in JVA action at the Skate Zone in Voorhees. After a scoreless first period Cherry Hill would begin the second period on the power play and Stoffman would connect for his first goal of the season with Tristan Laperriere assisting. Hauler would be tested moments later as Cherokee would have a two man advantage but could not get one by Hauler.
The Chiefs would have one more power play in the final two minutes of the game but failed to capitalize and would suffer their first defeat as they fell to 2-1 on the season.
