Colin Hughes scored two goals and Matthew Dalonzo stopped all 24 shots as Clearview defeated Mainland 4-0 in Tier II play at Voorhees on Monday night. The View took control of the game in the first period scoring three goals, with Hughes getting things started just over one minute into the game. Luc Froio would make it 2-0 getting his fourth of the year at the eight minute mark. Chase Dyar gave the View a 3-0 lead in the final minute of the period.

Dalonzo would be tested in the second period as Mainland would have 3 straight power play opportunities, including a two-man advantage for ninety seconds but Dalonzo kept them off the board. Hughes power play goal was the only goal of the period and the View led 4-0 after two periods. Mainland would have one more power play opportunity in the third but failed to capitalize and the View is now 4-0-3 in their last seven games.
