A five goal second period propelled Shawnee to an 11-0 win over Lower Cape May in Tier I B action played at Voorhees. Anthony Poppalardo led the offense with four goals and Thomas Caputo added two goals as the offense launched 50 shots. Todd Minshall opened the scoring early in the first period, then two goals by Poppalardo sandwiched between one by Caputo had Shawnee leading 4-0 after one period.

Kevin Casciato scored in the first fifty two seconds of the second period and Shawnee would score three more times over the next seven minutes with Poppalardo getting two more and Ryan Feast adding one and the lead was 8-0. Poppalardo and Feast would set-up Michael Wolverton late in the period and a 9-0 lead after two. Late goals by Ian Plummer and Caputo closed out the scoring.
