Corey Owens and Nicky Bellapigna each scored two goals as Kingsway defeated Williamstown 6-1 in Tier I action played at Voorhees. The Dragons jumped out to an early 1-0 lead on a goal by Brian Barnett just two minutes into the game. It was the 5th goal of the season for the young sophomore. Midway through the period Owens would get his first of the night and the lead was 2-0. The Braves would manage just two shots in the opening period, with Kingsway launching ten. Early in the second period Bellapigna would get his first of the night and Kingsway led 3-0.
We stayed that way until early in the third period when Williamstown broke through as Tyler Stow scored to make it 3-1. Goals by Owens and Jason Player one minute apart put Kingsway up 5-1. Bellapigna would close out the scoring with five minutes left in the game and the Dragons never looked back.
