Luke A. Riley scored twice and Max Brzozowski stopped 26 shots as Eastern defeated Moorestown 6-3 in Tier I action at the Skate Zone. Riley scored an early power play goal to give the Vikings a 1-0 lead. Moorestown would tie the score at 1-1 Brian Bytof notched his second of the season. The Quakes would go in front on a goal by Elias Sulpizio, but Vincent Roustas would connect on the power play and we headed into the second period knotted at 2-2. Riley and Luke Ravitzwould score goals two minutes apart in the second period to give the Vikings a 4-2 lead.

Brzozowski, who had a strong first period, would surrender a power play goal late in the second period as Matthew Marzo scored to cut the lead to 4-3 after two. The Vikings would seize control early in the third period scoring twice in the opening ninety seconds. First, Nick Buongiovanni scored his first goal of the season and moments later Ian Lewis, not to be outdone, would connect for his first and suddenly it was 6-3. Brzozowski shut the door the rest of the way and the Vikings concluded the regular season at 13-2-3.
