Dylan Casey scored early into the first overtime as Kingsway upset Riverfront in JVB playoff action and will move into the finals on Sunday. Casey, who scored twice, opened the scoring just twenty-two seconds into the game as the Dragons got off to an early lead. That lead grew to 2-0 midway through the period when Brendan Kelly scored for Kingsway. Riverfront would cut the lead in half at the ten-minute mark taking advantage of the power play as Dominic Giannetto scored and the lead was 2-1.

Riverfront would once again capitalize on the power play seven minutes into the second period with Anthony Machion tying the score at 2-2. The Dragons responded less than two minutes later to once again retake the lead. Casey would set-up Patrick Morris for the goal and a 3-2 lead heading into the third period. Tyler Seeton kept Riverfront’s season alive as he tied the score with just over one minute remaining in regulation. Casey would waste little time in overtime scoring with just under ninety seconds played and the Dragons move on to the finals!
