Hey, Just Who Is This Guy?
My name is Gregory “Graig” White and I am a strength and conditioning coach based in South Jersey. I have been in the field since 1990, and have been told I’m pretty good at it. I have been fortunate enough to have been able to work with some of the best athletes on the planet and I’ve worked with athletes on all levels from high to the pro’s to Olympians.
Over the years, I have worked at numerous high schools in the South Jersey. There are really too many to name (for a complete list please go to our website TeamConditioning.com). In conjunction with running Team Conditioning Systems, I am currently working with the football program at Winslow Township High School.
My work has been recognized by such companies as Reebok who named me as “a Person who makes a difference”, South Jersey Magazine as a “one of 22 people to watch in 2002” and the big one winning a NCAA National Championship while Director of Performance Enhancement while at Rutgers University at Camden (NJ). An honor, to this day, still amazes me.
I’ve been asked to become a resource to the readers of The South Jersey Ice Hockey site and I am excited about the opportunity. My goal is to put all of the athletes who read my articles in a place where we raise the level of how they compete. We will talk strategies on creating training protocols, nutrition, flexibility and other issues that may stand between you and success.
I don’t want to take up too much time or space, please feel free to email me questions at gwhite@teamconditioning.com, like our page on Facebook “Team Conditioning Systems” or follow me on twitter tcs4life.
